Who we're looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated and pragmatic Senior Associate to join our Corporate Solutions team. Our goal is to provide a structure and set of compelling solutions to solve the logistics problems of some of the world’s largest companies across the markets we serve.
You will work closely with our sales teams to help Lalamove develop new segments and solve problems to help drive more revenue growth.
What you will be doing
In this internal role, you will engage and support our local teams across your assigned markets around the world to understand their local market, corporate customers and key requirements across our existing offering of products.
Frame, translate and document these requirements into common business problems. You will work closely with product manager counterparts to help jointly devise the correct solutions and provide feedback.
You will be responsible for owning the relationship with that market and leading initiatives and projects from start to finish.
This can include understanding customer requirements, developing a POC.
You’ll be a subject matter expert to help answer inquiries and solve problems with innovative solutions.
Drive business change by crafting SOPs and implementing new processes and product enhancements to help city teams grow and sell to corporate customers in a scalable way.
Gather and analyse data to monitor the performance.
About you :
College degree / diploma holder preferred
A minimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience.
Experience in e-commerce or logistics is an advantage.
Strong analytical and project management skills with a good attention to detail.
Excellent listening and communication skills to help you establish stakeholder relationships with ease.
Knowledge of spreadsheets and Tableau is preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
