The Crypto.com App team is looking for experienced ITSM Solution Architects to design, implement and maintain the enterprise ITSM capabilities for our fast-growing Crypto.

What you will be doing
Conduct ITSM Process assessments, and identify gaps
Research, develop, and recommend solutions to integrate Development, QA, and production support team members, processes, and technologies to improve ITSM operations.
Grow the team to build the company’s ITSM processes and capabilities.
Provide expert-level analyst and advisory services, including advanced-level process automation leveraging industry best-in-class ITSM tools.
Provide expertise in support of other team members in the process support areas such as Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, Event Management, and Service Level Management.
Who you are
ITIL Certification in IT service management
5+ years of ITSM experience
3+ years of Cloud Service experience
Expertise Planning, Designing, and Executing integration with ITSM products
Experience with managed service delivery models
Must be an excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written English
Attention to detail
Nice to have
Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
Experience with AWS products, PostgreSQL and a range of infrastructure configurations
DevOps experience
Knowledge of distributed applications and / or enterprise applications
Experience hiring and training junior engineers
