Senior Programme Manager
Operations, Services and Technology Transformation
Hang Seng’s Transformation under Operations, Services and Technology is a team of professionals dedicated to deliver change initiatives for the Bank and various business functions.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Programme Manager.
Lead a team of Project Managers & Assistant Project Managers to manage a portfolio of projects for Bank / Businesses / Functions
Act as the Programme Lead of large-scale cross-business / function projects
Support and assist the Head of HOST Transformation to provide strategic advice and consultancy to businesses / functions
Work closely with various stakeholders including business users, operations, IT, audit, legal, compliance and teams to ensure effective programme and project governance
Proactively manage all the potential risks on projects and ensure all relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Keep abreast on latest technology / best practices in banking industry and deliver changes to current processes with efficiency and cost improvement
Foster a high engagement team to deliver good quality outputs which exceed user expectations
University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in project management
Knowledge in payment, digital banking, banking business, as well as operations will be an advantage
Previous experience as a project manager in medium-to-large scale projects will be an advantage
Strong managerial, project management, communications, analytical, problem-solving, planning and organizing skills
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Project Manager.)
