Technical Support Specialist (1-year Contract)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the clients through email and phone
  • Advise on in-depth integration instructions for the application platform and the best methods of integration to meet the client’s requirements
  • Act as technical liaison between the company and the clients / partners for system integration and on-going technical support
  • Be an internal product advocate, track product processes and contribute to the platform feedback and issues you get back from clients
  • Advising client regarding the best implementation practices and address specific clients’ issues
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • High Diploma or University graduate in IT / Computer Studies / Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience
  • Fresh graduate and with less experience will also be considered
  • Relevant IT support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript or similar programming languages
  • Familiarity with web-based service APIs, JSON, SQL, XML, RESTful API
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information and apply to business solutions
  • Familiar with e-commerce systems with excellence customer handling skills
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; good Mandarin is an advantage
  • The position is on a 1-year contract.
