Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.
Assist in developing and executing CRM campaigns with the objective to build, maintain and optimize the customers loyalty
Perform data mining and provide insights to identify potential opportunities based on consumer behavior in terms of nationalities, sales value, age range, product categories, frequency, etc.
Identify potential segments to support and effective the CRM planning and execution as well as enhance the outcome on retentions and reactivation
Develop and drive for the implementation of CRM action plans, including but not limited to membership promotion, redemption program, etc.
Execute various CRM initiatives as well as perform forecasting and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaigns towards the KPIs
Develop CRM materials for DM / EDM communication
Compile comprehensive sales and CRM reports for management review
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
3 years of relevant experience in retail industry
Strong numerical and business sense with excellent analytical and communication skills
Good in MS Excel and formula setting
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
