Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.

  • Assist in developing and executing CRM campaigns with the objective to build, maintain and optimize the customers loyalty
  • Perform data mining and provide insights to identify potential opportunities based on consumer behavior in terms of nationalities, sales value, age range, product categories, frequency, etc.
  • Identify potential segments to support and effective the CRM planning and execution as well as enhance the outcome on retentions and reactivation
  • Develop and drive for the implementation of CRM action plans, including but not limited to membership promotion, redemption program, etc.
  • Execute various CRM initiatives as well as perform forecasting and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaigns towards the KPIs
  • Develop CRM materials for DM / EDM communication
  • Compile comprehensive sales and CRM reports for management review
  • Requirement : :

  • Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • 3 years of relevant experience in retail industry
  • Strong numerical and business sense with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Good in MS Excel and formula setting
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
