Customer Service Officer

Purpose of the position

We are looking for a high caliber candidate to develop his / her career in our Company


  • To handle customer’s enquiries, orders and complaints in an efficient and professional manner;
  • To manage parts order processing, and monitor backlog status and parts delivery;
  • To follow up with customers for invoicing and payment arrangement;
  • To analyze GM% and freight cost of sales orders so as to improve the profitability;
  • To liaise with central service team for pricing and lead time checking;
  • To act as key user for Internal Service Program and solve the issues raised by service technicians (training will be provided);
  • To drive and grow parts sales by actively contacting customers and identifying their needs;
  • To support the service jobs schedule and maintenance service team;
  • To provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service process;
  • Ad-hoc projects assigned by line Manager.

    What you'll need to succeed :

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience in customer services or sales administration. Proven track record in order processing.

  • Independent, fast learner, self-motivated, details-minded, well organized and able to work under pressure;
  • Business Acumen, Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
