The incumbent will commit full time service to this internship targets to start from July 2022 to December 2022.
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
T2 & T2+1 supplier base data management and governance; build platform to share information to internal team and T2 supplier base;
optimize reporting process and manage monthly KPI reports.
Notes :
T2 means Material Suppliers who produce material and supply to adidas for product making.
T2+1 means T2 supplier’s subcontractors and raw material suppliers.
Key Responsibilities and Projects in bullet points :
T2 and T2+1 supplier base data management and update;
Work with Senior Manager to develop SharePoint dashboard for information sharing to internal team and T2 suppliers base;
Optimize T2 supplier’s monthly performance report and manage KPI reports;
Develop material delay escalation process and reporting;
Support Senior Manager to roll out Report robot tool to T1 supplier base;
Manage survey and docusign for T2 supplier base;
Manage and track project status for all locations;
Organize team meeting, facilitate workshop, prepare and combine meeting deck.
