Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Verify employee expense claims, including business travel and local expenses, etc. in accordance with Company policies
  • Prepare expense reports and accounts payable reconciliation
  • Cooperate with internal parties and ensure smooth daily payment process
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required
  • Requirements :

  • High Diploma or above in Accounting / LCCI;
  • 1 -2 years relevant working experience is preferable; fresh graduate with good attitude will also be considered;
  • Good PC knowledge, e.g. MS Word and Excel;
  • Detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese;
  • Experience in using accounting software is an advantage;
  • Immediately available is strongly preferable
