Drive Global Trade and Receivables Finance business from New to Bank and New to Global Trade Receivables Finance in Commercial Banking segment while understanding the risk profile of relevant products and clients
Execute effective strategies to identify new business opportunities alongside Relationship Managers
Maintain awareness of the applicable regulatory and business environment including changes that may affect customers and the Bank, and provide necessary guidance wherever required
Maintain and enhance the image of HSBC through the planning and execution of conferences, industry sector days, internal and external client road shows, active participation in industry associations and other relevant events
Extensive knowledge of Global Trade Receivables Finance Broad knowledge of HSBC Group companies and product ranges as well as extensive knowledge of the market and market trends, competitive and regulatory environment
Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services
Credit assessment skills, particularly with regard to more complex and structured facilities
Good level of business and commercial awareness, with the ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with business customers at all levels
