  • Form 5 or Certificate holder of Pastry production of Vocational Training Council
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in related professions, with 1-2 years of experience in supervisory position
  • With strong understanding of the operation of relevant section including daily operation, cost control, procurement system, HACCP and work safety
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
