This is how we shape a better world. Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities :

  • Report to Region People System Programme Lead and work closely with Global Change Analyst, Global People System Communications and Engagement Lead and Region People System Programme team for the deployment and adoption of a new Global People Cloud System
  • Consult, develop and implement effective change, communication and engagement plans for the programme
  • Form the Change Network’ and act as Change Ambassador across the region to support Region People System Programme Lead with region stakeholder engagement, and to provide proactive and timely updates on progress
  • Communicate key deliverables and changes in the Region such as setting up and organizing change workshops and change assessments
  • A focal contact of the communication and engagement for Region People System Programme team to deal with issues and risks, gaps analysis and investigations with stakeholders
  • Work closely with Communications team within the Region to align global contents to local messages and audience. Review and format communications documents, i.
  • e. presentations, emails, word documents, reports

    Qualifications & Experience required :

  • Proven experience in communicating transformation programmes effectively to a diverse audience, and advising and influencing stakeholders
  • A great team player with proven ability to build, develop and sustain effective working relationships at all levels
  • Perform work with attention to deadlines while maintaining quality of work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and confidence in using different digital and social media tools
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
  • This position will be on a contract basis for 24 months, which may be lengthened or shortened subject to project development.
