Desktop Support Engineers
â¢ Provide un person and remote IT support and troubleshooting, as well as, managing and asset management
â¢ IT Support covering :
â¢ User account management- , Active Directory maintenance (add / delete user / group policy); Running backup schedules, Basic knowledge of Windows server operating systems
â¢ Basic Networking troubleshooting for business users (include remote offices)
â¢ Log, track, update, resolve and escalate Service Centre Incidents and Requests
â¢ Achieving customer satisfaction targets
â¢ Working as part of a virtual team
â¢ Work and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve tickets with high levels of first point of contact, learn and share knowledge and cross skilling.
Languages Required - Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
