Desktop Support Engineers

• Provide un person and remote IT support and troubleshooting, as well as, managing and asset management

• IT Support covering :

  • • In person and remote support for PC / Laptop / Phone / Printer / mobile phone hardware, Windows Desktop & Business Applications;
  • • User account management- , Active Directory maintenance (add / delete user / group policy); Running backup schedules, Basic knowledge of Windows server operating systems

    • Basic Networking troubleshooting for business users (include remote offices)

    • Log, track, update, resolve and escalate Service Centre Incidents and Requests

    • Achieving customer satisfaction targets

    • Working as part of a virtual team

    • Work and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve tickets with high levels of first point of contact, learn and share knowledge and cross skilling.

    Languages Required - Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
