Senior Manager - Human Resources (Reward Management)-(210000F9)

Role And Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to develop, plan and execute organizational-wide strategy and initiatives in relation to reward management to excel business objectives and achieve organizational eco-system
  • Formulate and implement plans to review reward system in motivating and driving performance
  • Keep abreast with market HR strategies, manage the market salary benchmarking exercise and review HR policies
  • Oversee and execute the annual reward and budget exercise
  • Manage reward operations including but limited to payroll, insurance review, pension schemes and remuneration packages
  • Compile HR analytics for organizational development
  • Drive HR automation, manage and review the HR information system
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines with minimum 7 years' solid exposure in reward management
  • Strong drive with good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, agile, strategic mind-set, meticulous with hands-on approach
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
