Scale, Cloud-Hosted and eventually Cloud-Native solutions. As this a critical transformation, the APAC Commercialization Leader -

Technology-Enabled Enterprise Solutions (TEES) will report directly to President Oncology Systems APAC and indirectly to the Director Marketing

APAC. This role will be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

This role will be responsible for :

  • Working across APAC to help customers exploit the latest developments in a diverse range of technologies to inspire the team to be creative and innovative in their approach and to learn from and contribute as experts and thought leaders
  • Taking a technical lead role in the design and implementation of TEES in large or complex customer opportunities
  • Working with Sales and Marketing, Country leaders, and technical teams to help customers create new services, new capabilities, and decrease cost
  • Working with local and regional Sales and Marketing teams to design and deliver a go-to-market strategy for the adoption and growth of TEES
  • Working with the technical team to develop the TEES services and to ensure they are well aligned to customer demand
  • Working with partners, internal teams, and customers to determine the best use-cases, deployment methods, and adoption strategies
  • Speaking at events as a subject matter expert and technical representative for TEES, moderating or appearing on panels, preparing and presenting original thinking to promote TEES

  • Is commercially astute to drive downstream new product / business / solution commercialization in Software, Digital Healthcare or Managed Equipment / Enterprise Services (MES)
  • Is familiar with business model innovation involving SaaS and Cloud transformation / migration
  • Is able to work with internal stakeholders (Global Installation / Service SW & HW teams) to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and aspirations
  • Is able to quickly build trust with customers, establish their clinical / workflow needs, provide them with a critical perspective on improving their business, lay out a vision for longer term collaboration and align on their priorities
  • Is able to establish oneself as an APAC COE / SME and to be an "Internal Consultant" to share best practices, resources and expertise across the organization globally and be an advocate for APAC growth initiatives
  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or related technical degree
  • 10 years of related experience
  • An established career in technical leadership, product management, or business development
  • Building and scaling programs to remove blockers and accelerate technology adoption for customers
  • Extensive customer facing experience in a high-tech environment - such as consultancy, tech advisor, or senior technologist
  • Successful leadership of business development activities based on technology
  • Recent and in-depth experience in a relevant technology and in a business focused role such as product management, business development, or technical marketing
  • Hands-on experience and a strong conceptual understanding of the principles and operation of Full-Scale, Cloud-Hosted and eventually Cloud-Native solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Outstanding organizational, presentation, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing ERP products and productivity software, business tools and applications
  • Travel

  • Subject to business need, frequent travel within APAC is expected
