Job Description : Responsibilities :
Responsible for on-site and help desk support and daily maintenance
Provide first tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation
Handle software and hardware installation and configuration
Maintain daily IT operations (such as backup, network / hardware support & system documentation update)
Diploma / Higher Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines
1-2 years working experience in IT support
Good analytical and problem solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
Fresh graduate with high caliber will also be considered
