Manager, Deposits Transactional Banking and FX (Transactional Banking)

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Deposits Transactional Banking and FX (Transactional Banking).

Principal responsibilities

  • Develop and execute deposits account usage growth initiatives, facilitate sustainable growth in CASA and expand active deposits account customer base
  • Actively interact with various stakeholders, including all sales channels, Transformation, IT, Back Office, customer experience team to establish rapport and ensure efficient execution of business activities
  • Develop insightful analytics and customer / product MIs to understand customer behavior and usage trend, and in turn drive continuous improvement of product development and profitability management
  • Implement change and fine-tune processes to shorten processing time and improve customer journey
  • Work with Marketing in the planning, development and implementation of creative and cost-effective marketing campaigns to drive the Bank's deposits growth, enhance deposit products, payroll and transactional banking services, and create incremental revenue to the business
  • Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation
  • Requirements

  • University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines / qualifications
  • Relevant experience in deposits, product management, payroll propositions, retail payment, customer journey development within Retail Banking
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Strong project managment; proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
  • Numerate individual, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
