The Role :

  • Working proactively and independently in IT infrastructure projects
  • Assisting the CTS Lead to lead a team of IT Associarte to provide end-user technical support and problem resolution
  • Working with internal / external IT Subject Matter Experts (regional) to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Contributing ideas to continuously improvement IT service quality to meet SLAs and achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Suggesting and organizing IT activities / training for end-users
  • Additional Project Work as required
  • Our Requirements :

  • Bachelor’ Degree in Computer Science / MIS or related field
  • 4 years or above experience as a team supervisor
  • Experience of regional helpdesk support and project management preferred
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills required
  • Motivate team members
  • Organizational, time-management and Computerized documentation skills
