Responsible for Equipment Maintenance and Sales Operations daily routine such as quotation, purchase order, invoice etc.
Provide clerical work and administration support for Equipment Maintenance and Sales Operations Administration Team.
Communicate effectively with other department.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Handle customer inquiries and work closely with technical team and liaise with customers on aftersales and maintenance services
Support customer service functions including phone and email service
Diploma holder or above
With minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP System processing
Customer oriented, self-driven, independent, and a good team player with good communication and able to work under pressure
Knowledge in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Immediately available is preferred
