POSITION SUMMARY

Incorporate retail management into the field, provide support for the retail department to ensure retail operation effectiveness and adaptability to business development needs and brand standard.

In-charge of brand specific compliance programs, development of operation processes and SOP for the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop Retail Operation Standards Develop practical standard retail operation process (SOP) and regularly update it by identifying the insufficiency in operation flow.
  • Optimize SOP to ensure retail operation effectiveness and adaptability to business development needs. Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective customer targeting / profiling and analysis tools (customer relationship management) to better engage Boutiques and satisfy customers’ expectations.

    Ensure consistent compliance and best practices to all Boutiques. Under the leadership of National Retail Manager to supervise, coach & motivate frontline team to maximize retail sales, ranking and productivity of each Boutique.

    Implement and coordinate internal audit exercise in boutiques. (Operation flow, stock receiving, stock take, cashiering, IT, commission and overtime).

  • Relationship to Retail Development Collaborate with Training to enhance customer service and brand awareness based on key findings in Mystery Shopper survey.
  • Maintain the sales force’s motivation, service skills, sales skills and overall professional presentation standard per brand objective Act as interface / coordinator in preparatory phase of new opening Boutique to ensure on time opening.

    Support all retail project launches, implementation and follow-up.

  • Coordination and Interface Analyze and report on competitive activity and the market intelligence of key competitors’ activities.
  • Coordinate with other service function to monitor retail overall process & steps are maintained within schedule.

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Education & Qualifications : Watch and Jewelry / Fashion / retail / luxury background definitely an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience University degree required.
  • Specific competencies : Image and Merchandising - including interest in Watches and Jewelry and Fashion Communication - including excellent communication / presentation skills Client centric mindset Operations Management - including fluent English Language skills Business Acumen Learning Agility
  • Languages : English (mandatory) Either Cantonese or Mandarin (mandatory)
