Incorporate retail management into the field, provide support for the retail department to ensure retail operation effectiveness and adaptability to business development needs and brand standard.
In-charge of brand specific compliance programs, development of operation processes and SOP for the department.
Optimize SOP to ensure retail operation effectiveness and adaptability to business development needs. Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective customer targeting / profiling and analysis tools (customer relationship management) to better engage Boutiques and satisfy customers’ expectations.
Ensure consistent compliance and best practices to all Boutiques. Under the leadership of National Retail Manager to supervise, coach & motivate frontline team to maximize retail sales, ranking and productivity of each Boutique.
Implement and coordinate internal audit exercise in boutiques. (Operation flow, stock receiving, stock take, cashiering, IT, commission and overtime).
Maintain the sales force’s motivation, service skills, sales skills and overall professional presentation standard per brand objective Act as interface / coordinator in preparatory phase of new opening Boutique to ensure on time opening.
Support all retail project launches, implementation and follow-up.
Coordinate with other service function to monitor retail overall process & steps are maintained within schedule.
