Information Technology and Sustainability Division is undergoing a transformation to adjust to the changing times of digital work place, improved customer experience and relevant product offering.
As part of this transformation, the Club initiated the build of a new technology foundation and is introducing new ways of working.
One of objectives is the build of a new digital platform with modern technologies that will power all of the Club’s service and product distribution channels.
This platform will provide innovative technology solutions and enable exciting new customer experiences that contribute significantly to the Club's mission and strategic objectives.
The Project Manager will be responsible for assigned OIs, project management and delivery, which includes gathering security requirements, managing resource and timeline as well as assisting the Information Security Manager to deploy the security solution timely according to security controls and information security framework in the Club.
You will :
Manage multidisciplinary security projects timely within Information Security Department
Comply with PMO governance and guidelines and successfully close project gates and report project status
Manage the whole project lifecycle properly including tendering, setting funding request, optimal resource allocation, risk management, scheduling and management reporting
Lead project documentation including system specifications / function requirements / test plans / use cases
Work with technical teams, business users, legal, operations, finance, procurement, audit and vendor across the whole project lifecycle
You should have :
A university degree with strong technical background, particularly in Information Technology, security, application development and / or networking
At least 8 years working experience in IT industry with 4 year project manager experience for IT / cyber security related projects
A strong understanding of IT project management and status reporting in regular project meetings and project steering committees.
Good understanding of enterprise security infrastructure, cyber security, Security Operation Centre and risk management are strongly preferred
Experience in executing Request For Proposal (RFP), managing project cost and scheduling vendor presentation
Experience in managing projects in remote and China offices
Experience in presenting project / technical barriers into a native and easy-to-understand manner
Qualified professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 certification are strongly preferred
CISSP, CISA or equivalent would be an advantage
Able to comply with PMO governance and guidelines and successfully close project gates and report project status
Able to perform project life cycle project management, leadership, budget and funding, tendering, implementation, project documentation, supported testing, project release and closure
Knowledge of security solution, e.g. Vulnerability Scanner, SIEM, UEBA, Anti-DDos, IPS / IDS, CA and remote access VPN
Excellence skill in analytical, communication, organization, interpersonal, and with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
Good writing and presentation skills
Well organized and good at planning on project timeline
Good communication skills, including English and Chinese; Knowledge in Mandarin would be an advantage
Ability to work across team
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
