As Account Manager, you will lead the execution of media strategies for client accounts. In addition to ensuring your clients’ ongoing satisfaction with Cognito and our work, you will be responsible for managing daily activities on your accounts to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are met.
You will write press releases, blog posts and bylines that are in line with our clients’ business objectives. As a key member of the client team, you will lead client calls, proactively drive client communications, and provide strategic input and feedback to the clients.

The ideal candidate will have :
A bachelors degree and four to six years of agency experience, preferably leading financial services accounts, as well as crafting and executing successful media strategies.
Familiarity with top-tier Hong Kong and wider regional media publications, broadcast networks and financial trade publications.
Familiarity with and track record pitching mainland Chinese media
Demonstrated success in crafting compelling stories.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to communicate account work direction to team and ensure deliverables are met.
A team mentality and accountability for onself within a team environment
Fluency in English as well as Mandarin and / or Cantonese
