Location Tuen Mun Area Direct Line Reporting General Manager PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing office services and related office activities to achieve efficient utilization of available resources and act as a point of contact between warehouse operations and office activities.

KEY TASKS / DUTIES supervise and coordinate the daily activities and operations of the office or department act as liaison with other departments and divisions schedule and prioritize office activities to meet operating requirements determine, plan and direct work flow develop and monitor internal controls analyze work flow issues and implement workable solutions ensure adherence to quality standards perform administrative support functions such as data management, creating reports, drafting invoices and preparing basic financial accounts develop effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders evaluate work of staff provide necessary training, guidance and motivation to staff initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations supervise the efficient use of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment plan and organize the purchase of supplies in accordance with purchasing policies and budgets maintain a pleasant and secure working environment PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Performance Standards section associated with each Key Accountability which provides information about the performance expectations of that particular area of responsibility Office Operations 70% Warehouse Operations 20% Team Management 10%

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND / WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • knowledge and working experience of supervisory principles and practices
  • knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practices
  • proficient computer skills
  • Team management
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and fashion industry
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS AND COMPUTER LITERACY

  • Proficiency in English
  • Able to speak Chinese
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Organizational and planning skills to develop customer services policies
  • commitment to improve customer service skills on an ongoing basis
  • COMPENSATION

  • Compensation 18k HKD with a career path designed to grow to 20k
  • 3months probation period

  • Visa cost covered by the company if required
  • End year bonus based on the performance evaluation (appraisal and targets to be set with the supervisor)
