Responsibilities :

  • Handle telephone calls from field technicians and help to resolve order or technical problems as encountered at field
  • Support and deal with Sales department on installation orders
  • Monitor order progressing and act as gatekeeper to screen work result / report from contractors, identify and follow up unreasonable result / report so as to rescue incomplete orders
  • Timely and accurately update information in backend work order related systems / records
  • Requirements :
  • Form 5 or above
  • Form 5 or above
  • Shift Duty is required
  • Preferable with 1 year experience in control or customer services hotline
  • Experience in telecom field an advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook applications
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese and accustom to use English in daily record updating
