As one of the key members in Organization Effectiveness & Performance (OE&P) APAC leadership team, this role contributes to business growth strategies in APAC by defining and overseeing implementation of talent development strategies that aligns with Global strategies and vision.
Ensure regional implementation of strategies / frameworks are aligned with global and meet APAC needs, customizing as necessary in agreement with global partners.

Enhance Learning & Capability Development programs that further elevates overall performance and capabilities in APAC-Strengthen regional talent pipeline and succession planning that balance short-
term needs and long-term success. Monitor the effectiveness and modify the approach as necessary.-Talent mobility and development-
Overseeing the Performance Management in the region-Enhance the culture of Coaching & Mentoring and employees’ ownership on their career development.
Equip them with proper knowledge and skills.
Attract and develop TD talents and enhancing their potential for career advancement in VF.
