As one of the key members in Organization Effectiveness & Performance (OE&P) APAC leadership team, this role contributes to business growth strategies in APAC by defining and overseeing implementation of talent development strategies that aligns with Global strategies and vision.

  • Pro-actively build close partnership with Global Talent Development (TD) team in contributing to the development of TD strategies and frameworks that consider the regional business needs well.
  • Ensure regional implementation of strategies / frameworks are aligned with global and meet APAC needs, customizing as necessary in agreement with global partners.

  • Collaborate with HRBP and global OE&P COE in the design, development, delivery and ongoing management of talent interventions, processes and programs across their businesses.
  • Talent solutions will be n the following areas : -Build strategic capabilities that supports distort investments to accelerate China growth-

    Enhance Learning & Capability Development programs that further elevates overall performance and capabilities in APAC-Strengthen regional talent pipeline and succession planning that balance short-

    term needs and long-term success. Monitor the effectiveness and modify the approach as necessary.-Talent mobility and development-

    Overseeing the Performance Management in the region-Enhance the culture of Coaching & Mentoring and employees’ ownership on their career development.

    Equip them with proper knowledge and skills.

  • Integrates Inclusion & Diversity and EVP (employee experience) practices in all TD programs and activities.
  • Overseeing the implementation and ensure proper system, processes, resources and capabilities are in place. Monitor the ongoing effectiveness of programs and recommend modifications as necessary.
  • Provide direction and leadership to TD team that enhance performance and embrace the culture of agility, inclusion & diversity, collaboration and ethical behaviors.
  • Attract and develop TD talents and enhancing their potential for career advancement in VF.

  • Actively build network with external markets in gaining insights and market intelligence that contributes to long-term TD and HR strategies.
  • Accountable for TD budget and resources planning that balance short-term and long-term needs and development.
  • Implements and monitor on global & regional TD metrics.
