We are looking to recruit an Account Executive to work remotely as part of our Inbound Sales function. As a member of our Sales team, you will manage inbound sales requests concerning bookings of Blueground properties for both Hong Kong and Singapore , with the potential to assist in other Asian markets.

The role can be fully remote from either Hong Kong or Singapore.

  • This role requires weekend work and flexibility to meet business standards.
  • What you will focus on :

  • Respond and handle sales inquiries full-cycle offering clients the best accommodation solution based on their need
  • Maintain an active line of communication with assigned cities local teams (General Manager, Real Estate, Operations)
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue (meeting and exceeding weekly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs)
  • Proactively manage your sales pipeline in our CRM (SalesForce)
  • Weekends are required
  • What we are looking for :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years experience in sales or account management in a quota-carrying role (experience working in a B2C environment)
  • Ability to run proper exploratory / discovery calls, be an active listener, manage objections and negotiation
  • Customer-first mindset and closing mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin and English. Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin will be an asset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Use and understand our CRM
  • A coachable individual able to implement feedback
  • A highly consultative, active listener, with strong objection management and negotiation skills
