Marketing & Corporate Communications Key Responsibilities
Lead brand campaign and related marketing activities / events and manage agency to execute ATL / BTL advertising to achieve branding objectives for both MPF and asset servicing business
Create content direction for marketing materials and ensure agencies fully understanding the direction and complete projects according to agreed schedule
Create B2B client retention / channel relation strategies and implement marketing programmes through omni-channel, e.g.
digital platform, event marketing, reward programme, etc.
Manage marketing material and corporate souvenir production
Sales event management from concept development to event execution
Communicate and present marketing strategies and conduct frontline briefing on marketing campaigns
Provide support for the team and undertake ad-hoc marketing assignments
Lead & coach 2 team members to deliver the team KPI
Requirements
University graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication or Business related disciplines
Minimum 7 years relevant work experience of which at least 1-2 years’ experience in branding. Candidate having experience in financial industry is preferred, with knowledge in digital and social media marketing preferred
Creative, flexible, and sensitive to marketing trend
Good analytical skill in resolving problems and multi-tasking
Detailed-oriented, with strong proof-reading skill
Strong on team work with proactive and collaborative manner
Open-minded, always having a mind-set to make use of available resources to improve efficiency
Strong commitment to pursuit excellence in various areas
