Technical Lead (40K – 45K)

Opus have partnered with an international supply chain company who are currently completing an enterprise scale digital transformation.

To support their ongoing projects they are seeking a new technical lead to join their team.

Role Duties :

  • Lead and manage a 5 person development team to build frontend, backend and mobile in-house applications, including design, testing, deploy and system support
  • Advocate the team including the viability of improvement, estimated timescales to achieve the product vision, whilst remaining aligned with the organisational target architectures and roadmaps
  • Enhance the application based on market trend / new technologies
  • Mentoring other teammates to uplift the team’s performance

    • Role Requirements :

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a lead developer role, including application development and team guidance
  • Solid experience in system analysis and design under an Agile environment
  • Solid experience with JavaScript, Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, RESTful API, MongoDB and MySQL
  • Solid experience with Angular and NodeJS
  • Experience with AWS / Azure & CI / CD deployment will be advantageous
  • Willing to take Initiative as a leader to listen develop the ideas from teammates, then make things happen
  • Strong communication skill to build an inclusive environment for people from different background and level
  • Love new ideas and concept & enjoy analyzing and solving problems
  • Good communication skill to build an inclusive environment for people from non-technical background
  • Good in spoken Cantonese & English & Mandarin
  • Only Hong Kong Residential will be considered
