Reporting to the Sales Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies of Ocean Park particularly for the MICE and travel trade segment from China market.
He / she needs to develop sales strategies and formulate business plans to drive incremental business and revenue. He / she will also has to identify market needs and trends in travel industry, define the target markets and monitor and analyze promotion and activities.
He / she needs to organize an effective selling approach, conduct sales calls and develop and maintain new potential and productive accounts in domestic and overseas market.
He / she has to create attractive packages to promote our offerings and products of the Park and ensure to sell our services and products with competitive prices in respective territories.
In addition, he / she will conduct international and domestic sales trip to attend local functions, trade show and promotions to maintain a high level of exposure for the park in all markets.
