Assist manager in managing cashier, premium collection and payment related projects, also operation efficiency initiatives to ensure successful project implementation and delivery by following the prescribed project management standard.
Prepare and review business requirements / user stories, FDS and other required documentations for projects. Lead and support UAT execution.
Close coordinate with all related function and business units to ensure user requirements are clearly documented and articulated to related departments for development and implementation.
Enhance customer correspondence to deliver convey clear message and guidelines to eliminate confusion and connect with customers
Deliver effective internal communications (e.g. prepare user manual / stakeholder communications and conduct user training sessions) to ensure users can have a good understanding and reference on new operation flow and / or new system functions.
Act as CS helpdesk, assist to investigate and follow up on production issues or incidents, ensure operation frontline staff can promptly and properly handle customer related enquiry.
Assist manager in preparing ad hoc and regular management reports and data analysis for project planning.
Job Requirements :
University graduate in any discipline
5 years relevant working experience in Business Analysis / Customer Service (exposure in insurance / financial industry is definitely as assets)
Hands on experience in project life cycle (Agile is an added advantage), Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar designation
Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office
Understanding of payment landscape
Experience in data analysis tool is a plus
Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills with positive and pro-active mindset
Ability to understand customer needs and translate internal facing and technical information to customer friendly language
