Manulife Employee Benefits Operations team is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Pension Operations Manager, who is obsessed with delivering value, high integrity and customer-centric.

The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver to deliver One-stop EB Solution and Best-in-Class services to provident funds customers and various distribution channels.

We are looking for someone with :

Solid work experience at supervisory / managerial level experience

Solid work experience in administration, or provident funds(MPF and ORSO) business

Less experience will be considerable for the Assistant Manager Position.

Degree holder or above

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Mature and pleasant personality

Nice to Haves :

Junior team members coaching and leadership exposure

On the job you will :

  • Participate in formulating, executing and monitoring control procedures to ensure all risks management controls are well established and performed effectively for HK Pension Business;
  • Conduct gap analysis and support Corporate Risk Management Framework in all levels among Pension Operations Team;
  • Prepare and provide various MIS reporting of Operation Effectiveness to Management Team and Regional Office;
  • Lead the team to execute compliance procedures and implement relevant control measures including anti-money laundering, quality / performance monitoring etc.

  • Identify opportunities for on-going operations efficiencies and participate in various EB improvement initiatives;
