  • Assist HR Manager to perform all-rounded HR functions including employee compensation & benefits, recruitment, MPF, salary tax reporting, staff relations and ad-hoc HR projects
  • Develop, plan and conduct recruitment projects, liaise with business lines, candidates, job posting channels and recruitment agencies
  • Assist to develop, implement and review HR policies and procedure
  • Collaborate with the business to build effective working relationships
  • Handle staff enquires and disciplinary issues in accordance with Company’s best practices
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Perform any other HR projects as assigned
  • Form 5 or above
  • Well versed in the HK Employment Ordinance and HR related legislation is a must
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing is a must
  • Strong presentation and analytical skill to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Outing and proactive with excellent inter-personal & influencing skills
  • Well-organized, good team player, detailed-minded, positive attitude and flexible personality to embrace change
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
