What you will do

Setting clear directions and goals for the group that is aligned with the company’s strategy.

Removing road blocks through direct communication and alignment with key partners eg BGs and back end assembly sites, to meet the team KPIs

Ensure in depth technical competencies in the team to address packaging assembly technical challenges.

To continuously develop and grow engineering competencies required to drive back end assembly packaging development.

Provide Leadership and support to the package development team.

Ensure Packaging, Process & Material roadmaps are defined and executed well.

Ensure well defined and in depth simulation and modelling support to the business.

What you will need

Minimum possess a degree in related topics.

Min 10 years’ experience in related position

Technically competent

Good communication and presentation skills

Familiar with Back end packaging assembly technology

Proven people Leadership capabilities

Self-motivated,

Confident and assertive

Good negotiator

Ability to execute well

Ability to anticipate and make good judgements

Perseverance and strong commitment

Ability to create an environment where people are motivated
