The position will be expected to deliver customized, effective, and audience-centric digital marketing programs that drive engagement, traffic and conversion to our direct digital channels.
The Manager will also help develop, refine and keep up-to-date the company’s best practices and digital guidelines, while ensuring that these practices and guidelines are being well communicated and followed by all APAC marketing teams.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Strategize, plan and execute centralized digital media buying, management and measurement for APAC region, with regular update meetings with Global Digital Marketing team Leads.
Work across teams to execute promotion plan to further grow and improve online business across direct media channels
Responsible for organizing effective marketing activities (incl. media planning & executions) to achieve high performance to meet business objectives
Support in building out an audience-led planning approach for campaign execution and optimization
Plan and execute digital and social media activations and strategy for key brand and loyalty campaigns and events to drive customer engagement and direct conversions
Managing media vendors / agencies to ensure performance of paid media advertising is continuously optimized for all markets in APAC (Includes but not limited to SEO, SEM, Google Advertising, Social media advertising, etc.)
Collaborating with Global Digital Marketing for digital creatives and design to ensure clear & effective (and localised) message delivered through desired digital channel / media
Develop and manage systematic digital media operation solution and data warehouse for APAC
Provides periodic reports to management on digital channel / media performance
Understand merchants and customers, their profile and their needs and work with the team to develop innovative digital marketing strategies and plans.
Leverage worldwide best practice to create digital program that will drive loyalty to existing customers
Bring forth innovation in connecting with customer through digital media, mobile communications and other technologies.
Work closely with in-house Data Analyst to conduct in-depth analysis on consumer trends and digital market information for developing a comprehensive digital marketing approach that will be shared

Education and Experience
4-year degree from an accredited university in Digital Marketing, Media e-Commerce, Communications or related disciplines
4-5 years’ experience in positions with focus in marketing, multi-channel and targeted paid media advertising (SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Advertising, DoubleClick, etc.
business development, project management and analysis. Strong understanding content marketing is required.
Agency work experience strongly preferred; primarily in client servicing and media planning roles with advanced knowledge in search, tracking and analytics

Ability to develop and apply strategic frameworks to test, analyze and execute assigned projects with alignment to marketing calendars of Direct Markets and E-
commerce promotional calendars in APAC region
Strong leadership, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Fluent oral and written communication in English and Mandarin, other Asian languages preferred
Experience working with partners / vendors / customers in remote locations and international markets (multiple time zones).
Experience in driving Digital Marketing activities in China digital ecosystem is preferred
Experience in conducting advanced Digital Marketing activities via Salesforce ecosystem Marketing Cloud, Social Studio and Service Cloud is preferred
