KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Finance Analytics Manager is responsible APAC region and acts as key member of the regional reporting & analytics team and responsible to lead the business analytics practice.

You will be the core member of finance data analytics matters and responsible as regional financial analysis owner.

Key responsibilities

Finance Data Analytics

  • Lead, drive, manage, and sustain the data analytics practice - Be the go-to person for any data analytics matters within the APAC Finance organisation
  • Continuous development of analytical platforms to support our Finance organisation in the APAC region
  • Align and standardise analytical dashboards (Data requirements, KPIs definition, interactions and design language) across all Finance departments (FP&A, Financial Accounting, Retail Finance, etc.)
  • Animate a team of key users developing analytical solutions to unleash new insights for our teams
  • Data Governance : Liaison with our Group IT stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of data models within our business warehouse
  • Responsible for training the staff on the latest data platforms (SAC, PowerQuery, Data Warehouse Cloud, etc.)
  • Regional Financial Analysis

  • Responsible for strategic plan coordination and sales forecasts simulations for APAC executive committee
  • Development of Management reports to support our senior team members to unleash more insights from our data
  • Ad-hoc analysis to support our Regional CFO and Finance Director
  • Finance Transformation

  • Animate a community of talented Finance team members grouped under our virtual "Fintech" organisation to implement new impactful tools across the region
  • Identify new tools to deliver on our ambitions for transformation (Data Visualisation, Forecasting, Process automation, Chatbot, etc.)
  • Act as a Change Management agent to promote new ways of working and a data-oriented mindset
  • Drive process improvement initiatives in collaboration with our community of Subject-Matter Experts ( SME ) in all Finance functions
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to develop more complex robots, organise trainings and maintenance
  • Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Data analytics, Computer Science)
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts (P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet analysis)
  • 5+ years of working experience in a multi-national company
  • Solid experience in data analytics skills (programming language, Python, SQL, R, etc.) and Data Visualisation solution ( PowerBI, SAC, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with predictive forecasting an advantage (modelling, machine learning, etc.)
  • A self-starter with strong problem solving-skills and a strong ability to translate complex business requirements into understandable, actionable plans
  • A good communicator with an open-minded and business-oriented mindset to navigate within a complex matrix environment, dealing with a multitude of different stakeholders at various levels of seniority
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
