Billable Solution Consultant providing billable consulting and professional services in the area of assessment, design and implementation of Orange Business Services’ Solution Sets.
Owns technical design in implementation of technical solutions.
Ensuring quality technical solutions and drive towards the highest levels of customer satisfaction and improvement in professional standards.
Take the leadership in engaging with prospects and existing customers through a consultative engagement. The engagement will be targeted at executive level and will also be expected to engage at the IT Manager level.
Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of all Orange Business Services’ products, solutions and services. Use this knowledge to design commercially and technically viable solutions to Customer.
Pitch and consult across Orange capabilities to generate value into the customer business through : the consolidation and standardization of IT infrastructure services for MNCs the transformation of IT infrastructure creation of ROI and TCO model delivery as business / enterprise architect within large scale delivery teams
A relevant Degree with at least 5 or more years' of hands on technical experience in network / telecommunications environment.
CCIE will be advantage.
Market sector business knowledge with particular focus on the banking / finance, retail, manufacturing and public sector industry.
Good experience in conducting assessment, design, implementation for Cloud Computing, IoT, Server, Storage, data center network, unified communication, WAN optimization, application performance management solutions (Riverbed, Ipanema, Dynatrace).
Competent in developing and presenting proposals and business cases directly to customers, with ability to address all levels across the organization from technical to senior executive engagements
Strong communication skills in English
Strong customer service attitude
Excellent diagnostics skills and good ability to resolve problems quickly and independently
Willing to travel in EMEA and Asia Pacific region
Willing to work non-business hours (project deployment)
Good conflict management and negotiation skill
