Responsibilities
Assist Nursing Manager in the development of nursing care delivery system to achieve optimal outcomes aligning with the mission, vision and values of the hospital
Plan, organize and monitor daily nursing service to ensure smooth operation and standard of care
Supervise, coach and monitor nursing staff in clinical practices to provide high quality and safe care to clients
Manage and respond to client needs and conduct daily operation activities to enhance teamwork and safety culture within the unit
Provide inputs and implement hospital policies and procedure
Implement KPI, service improvement project and monitor the effectiveness
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams in patient care planning and service delivery
Assist to plan and monitor departmental budget as well as managing resources
Undertake any other duties as assigned by department head
Qualifications & Preferred Attributes
Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in Nursing or Healthcare related disciplines
Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license with valid practicing certificate
Holder of valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate / Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
At least 8 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years in nursing management role
Sound interpersonal, supervisory and coaching skills
Problem-solving and decision making abilities
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
