To assign Merchandiser to take ownership and follow up on confirmed order, always assign to the merchandiser who follow on development sample as priority.
Set customer Time & Action Calendar (T&A) template in ERP for her team to follow up on orders.
Product development sampling must suits our factory capabilities and business and production strategy plan.
To provide T & A and material supplier's information to the assigned Merchandiser.
For customer who equates product development sample as the first fit sample, the account
Merchandiser is to directly take up the order follow-up responsibility, and to follow through with fit sample process flow.
To source for latest materials, embellishment, wet / dry process trend cost.
To look into BOM-fabric consumption, mini marker, fabric specification and unit price for correctness before verifying fabric PO (MPO) and send for Sourcing & Costing Manager / COO approval in ERP.
To look into Sewing trims and Packaging materials consumption, specification and unit price for correctness before approving purchase order, which auto activate PO email to supplier
To look into cost comparison for profitability, keep purchase budget within or less than the 1st Sales confirmation (SOC), call-
out in ERP on any cost out of budget to inform and get Business Development Manager and Top Management for a direction.

At least 8 years merchandising in garment fashion area, 3 years management level.
Excellent command of spoken & written English, Japanese and Chinese speaking (Mandarin) is an advantage.
Good communication skill.
Active & responsibilities, can work under pressure.
Travelling Cambodia frequently.
