Job Description :
The Administration Assistant is responsible to coordinating all the safe and healthy work environment, as well as assist the team in execution all environmentally friendly programs for the Company.
Work as coordinator to approach all related issues in improving sustainability performance
Assist Officer to collaborate with internal department, to ensure that all environmental and safety processes are undertaken in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures
Assist Officer in organizing Green or Wellness workshop for the company
Prepare materials for meetings, proposals and other submissions and presentations as needed
Coordinate and liaise with contractors and consultants
Perform other ad hoc duties
DSE / F.6 or above with at least 1-year related experience
Excellent PC knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Motivated to take additional projects and solve problems
Responsive, good time management and attention to details
Ability to handle data effectively
Strong inter-personal and communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written language skills in English and Chinese
Immediately available is preferred
