Responsibilities :

  • Maintain staff information, including leave and attendance record
  • Staff enrolment in Group Life, Group Medical insurances and MPF
  • Handle payroll processes
  • Maintain timely and accurate staff data and profile
  • Prepare and update various HR reports
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by immediate superior
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Accountancy or business related discipline or above
  • Fresh graduates and IANG visa holder is welcomed. With minimum 1 year of experience in payroll is preferred.
  • Immediate available preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Ordinance, Provident Fund, MPF & taxation regulation is preferable
  • Sensitive to confidentiality and number
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded with accuracy, well-organized, independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A team player with good interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Strong PC skills in using Excel, Access, Word, and web applications (English and Chinese)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Native Putonghua speaker is a plus.
