Design and develop marketing campaigns that align with the customer marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition through different customer touch points or partnership.

Strategize and roll out effective marketing activities to nurture and build customer engagement on PRU digital platforms to uplift customer experience and increase our brand preference.

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop and roll out acquisition campaigns to support the strategic KPI of Pulse and create product cross / up selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various key stakeholders to design and plan for marketing activities to maximize lead generation. Solicit and negotiate with partners for collaboration and joint promotions.

  • Plan and implement marketing initiatives and customer communications to amplify customer’s awareness and drive engagement on PRU digital platforms to maximize digital servicing opportunities.
  • Handle and manage campaign fulfilment, monitor campaign results to ensure initiatives are in line with the approved budget and achieved business KPIs.
  • Leveraging the experience to identify actionable improvements and convert into new initiative ideas.

  • Source lead generation and digital enablement ideas and benchmarking market practice to generate more opportunities for customer acquisition, product selling and digital servicing.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Degree holder
  • 6+ years of working experience in Marketing (preferably from financial institution)
  • Strong interpersonal skill and teamwork
  • Experience in segment management, event management and marketing promotions
  • Experience in digital acquisition and content development
  • Experience in managing different stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken
