And we need your help to get us there! We're currently looking to hire a CRM Marketing Executive, part of our Marketing team based in Hong Kong.
The position is responsible for the strategy, and execution of tactical retention campaigns, by deriving marketing opportunities and strategy through data analysis.
What you’ll do :
Drive the centralized planning, execution and analysis on CRM framework in 2-3 markets.
Design and launch incentive campaigns to maintain marketplace efficiency
Calculate required budget and control cost
Identify and track all the important marketing metrics using big data management skills
Proactively build tactical campaigns according to the retention trends
Innovate and evaluate hyper-speed growth experiments (A / B Test) to provide insights for conversion rate optimization
Collaborate with other stakeholders (Product, Business Intelligence) to initiate new campaign structure
Design & develop user-friendly automation campaign from activation to different stages of a user life cycle
Proactively engage with other teams to align on global priorities and to drive 'best practices' sharing
Assist on any ad hoc tasks such as helping to prepare presentations for senior management
What you’ll need :
Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
Minimum 2 years of marketing / consulting / analytical or any related experience
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Experience with developing, implementing, and reporting on AB tests
Good understanding of key Marketing metrics such as CAC and LTV
Able to build collaborative relationships, demonstrates learning agility and strives for excellence in execution
Exceptional in Excel / data management skills is a plus
