University degree in Information Technology or related discipline with over 15 years technology experience including 8 years in management level
Proven track record of technology domain with experience in IT management positions in the banking or finance service sector
Experience in managing large scale IT programmes in a complex environment, preferably on a regional or global scale
Solid experience in delivery of emerging technology capabilities including digital, AI / ML, cloud, API, open banking etc.
Track record in managing IT development using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
Experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management and Insurance businesses will be an advantage
Strong leadership and people management skills and stakeholder management experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage in a dynamic and matrix environment
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
