Responsibilities

  • Responsible and supervision for the customer service team.
  • Develop, motivate, coach and monitor the team members to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.
  • Handle customers’ complaints
  • Support implementation of online ordering platform.
  • Prepare management report for management review.
  • Monitor payment from clients.
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 6 to 8 years relevant working experience, with at least 3 year managerial experiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and aggressive, Mature, strong leadership and high responsibilities.
  • Must be very strong in excel and powerpoint for monthly reporting.
  • Very strong in data analyze and statistical researching.
  • Good command of written & spoken English.
  • Experience in printing, woven label is preferable.
  • Holidays : Bank Holiday
