Established in January 2019, the Fast Innovation team supports future growths models in the RB Hygiene Business Unit, with focus on Air Care.
The Fast Innovation team hereby represents an end-to-end team focused on identifying new and existing suppliers and developing products from the initial idea to shipment.
As a member of the Marketing team you are hereby focused on leading the product development process of projects in line with the global product strategy, driving growth for the brand internationally.
This role involves the work on multiple concurrent projects, with multiple channels and countries. Therefor the ability to prioritise, communicate and track progress as well as a fundamental understanding of trade and marketing processes and channel needs is needed.
Do you have?
Min 4 Years of Marketing experience within an FMCG environment (preferably international) with a proven track record of delivering business performance.
Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level in a business-related subject - from a recognized University.
A solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle and of the product development process
An inquisitive attitude and aptitude to challenge current systems and ways of working
Flexibility to travel when / if required
