Business Implementation Manager Commercial Banking CMB Chief Operating Officer’s Office Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking (CMB) business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Business Implementation Manager. Principal responsibilities
Assist to design, implement and deliver business performance, improvement programs or projects in areas such as customer relationship management, business process re-engineering and business performance improvement
Assist to manage the preparation of update reports, quality procedures, audits, status reports and project plans
Manage activities such as data gathering, fact finding, requirements gathering and solution design
Manage initiatives to improve operating efficiencies which may involve managing re-engineering initiatives, work flow management and automation enhancement
Examine and analyse data to detect trends and anomalies or to evaluate business activities
Plan work schedules for team members
Report progress and tracking to Senior Business Implementation Manager
University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, at least 2 of which are at managerial level
Professional skills in customer analytics, data mining, segmentation modeling, scorecard development, statistics, operational research, database development
Good knowledge of Commercial Banking and solid experience in customer relationship management model or operation model development
Excellent technical, statistical and modeling skill
Good strategic and critical thinking with ability to put analysis results in action
Competent project management skill, problem solving and interpersonal skill
Data analysis and Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
