Take full ownership of Hilti’s strategic initiative On!Track asset management service by collaborating and supporting countries in North Asia (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea) on service, product and operational management with the goal in driving sustainable and profitable growth through product differentiation.

What does the role involve?
Act as regional solution selling expert and ensure the team in all North Asia countries is well-equipped with :
Sustainable customer pipeline management.
Understand how Hilti could help customer improve productivity by conducting proper pre-qualification and management meeting to sell consultation service for C-suite.
Conducting on-site consultative assessment per customers’ operations and future needs and make recommendations with solid business case which help increase customer’s productivity, transparency and enhance their operational excellence.
Deliver training to customers and support them in deploying the software as well as partnering with external logistics partner.
Conduct auditing on a regular basis to evaluate local country team capability and proficiency regarding above points and organize experience exchange, trainings, refreshment when necessary.
Facilitate the partnership between global team and local country team for all product related matters.
Offer guidance and help to local country customer service team during implementation and roll-out of the software.
Steer technology innovation with state of the art initiatives and support the rollout to all countries in North Asia.
Keep abreast of the latest market trends and development in the market to secure Hilti’s positioning and competitiveness by understanding the competitor landscape and work with global team accordingly.
Work closely with each of the countries in North Asia for regular software release and deep dive into current status and align the right timing to deploy the changes per local requirements.
Act as the bridge between global, regional operational manager and local team and work with local countries on system upgrade on SAP for order management, pricing adjustment, product items update, etc.
Support local countries on troubleshooting during the implementation, execution and daily operations.
