Main Responsibilities :

  • Support the development and implementation of the Bank’s recruitment strategies
  • Assist to execute suitable attraction strategies for designated business units
  • Support the team on daily recruitment activities including online advertisement, interview arrangement, referral program administration & database management etc
  • Act as focal point of contact with candidates to ensure smooth candidate journey and experience
  • Participate in competitors market mapping to provide intelligence to stakeholders and enable proactive approaches on candidate sourcing
  • Maintain, build and develop candidate database and talent pool
  • Ensure deliverables are in compliance with legal and regulatory and ethical standards, of the required quality, in adherence to the Banks corporate values, risk management policies and service standards
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Business or related disciplines preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Detail-minded, quick learner and willing to take up extra responsibilities
  • A good team player, proactive, responsible and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
