Finance & Accounting

  • Collect and check staff expenses for approvals, including arithmetic accuracy, accounting coding & supporting documents
  • Perform daily accounting vouchers including AR, AP
  • Assist in preparing the weekly vendor’s payment
  • Prepare the month-end closing and general ledger management
  • Prepare monthly Account Receivable Statement & follow-up the discrepancy with different countries
  • Statement of Account, Credit Note & Debit Note
  • Issue the monthly Statement of Account to different countries
  • Obtain Credit Notes & Debit Notes from suppliers in a timely matter
  • Issue Credit Notes & Debit Notes to different countries as requested
  • Work closely with other departments to follow up with the outstanding claims
  • Follow up the long outstanding claims with suppliers & different countries
  • HR & Administration

  • Assist in all HR, administrative related duties
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance & administration
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Word and Excel
  • Mature, responsible and attentive to details with a strong analytical mind.
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
