High Diploma or above Holder in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology
1-2 year working experience in Contact Center, Voice Product support background
Knowledge on voice concepts such as VoIP, SIP trunk, TDM, IDA is a plus.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills, and have a responsible and self-motivating attitude
Support and maintain a wide range of Voice Products including Contact Center System, IVR, Speech
Recognition system, PBX, Voice Recording System etc.
Cooperate with user to enhance calling strategy according to company need
Responsible for the daily operation and administration work in the voice area
