Who we're looking for

We are looking to hire a talented Content Specialist to join our growing team in Hong Kong.

The role

Hong Kong’s leading fintech platform is looking for a Content Specialist to join our editorial team where you will enrich our users’ experience through high-quality articles and all manners of multimedia content on subjects related to making good personal finance decisions.

Reporting to a Sr Content Specialist, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our business as quality content is a core element of our brand promise.

What you will be doing in this role

Research, create and edit multi-media content related to personal finance management content (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Investment, Insurance).

Maintain accuracy of content on a daily basis through CMS to ensure content updates and user engagement.

Optimize search engine performance of core keywords and SEO-driven content

Support marketing campaigns to drive improvement of traffic, conversion and brand awareness.

Work collaboratively to conduct customer and market research at various stages of product development to ensure a focus on the integrated solution and differentiation from competitors.

Ensure content produced editorial and brand guidelines.

About you

At least 1-2 years of experience as a digital content creator, writer, journalist or editor producing Chinese digital content for the local Hong Kong audience.

Interest in personal finance topics is a plus.

Good communication skills in Chinese and English.

Digital-savvy, creative, love working in a team.

Self-motivated, not afraid to learn and try new things.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Work well under pressure and timeline with a positive attitude.

Hands-on experience with CMS.
